Returns & Exchanges

Here at The Chaos, we understand that sometimes sh*t happens, and we’re here to work with you to resolve any order discrepancies. 

We take the time to inspect all returned items when they reach our processing facility to identify potential defects or discrepancies. If your returned item was a result of a The Chaos error or defective product, we are happy to replace the item with no additional cost to you, our loyal customer. Please note, if returned items have been opened or show signs of wear, we will not be responsible for a refund or shipping charges as the item is no longer in good condition. 

  • The Chaos accepts all returns/exchanges within 14 days of original sale with proof of purchase and original packaging. Product must be free of all odors, perfumes, pet hair and deodorant etc. The customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and shipment fees for each delivery attempt. 

  • Exchanges are made within 14 days from when we receive the returned package. The customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and shipment fees for each delivery attempt. 

  • MISSING ITEMS - In the event that an item has gone missing or has not arrived, please first contact the US Postal Service to determine its status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If they do not address your concerns then please contact info.thechaos@gmail.com as a second step in resolving your discrepancy. If a package is suspected to be lost or stolen, it must be reported within 10 business days to qualify for a shipping protection claim.

  • UNDELIVERABLE - If a customer has more than one shipping interruption (i.e. undeliverable mail, unsuccessful mail forwarding, etc.) we have to work with USPS to resolve the issue and the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and shipment fees for each delivery attempt.

  • SHOES & JEWELRY - All returned unworn shoes will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shoes may be exchanged ONE time if unworn and undamaged. All shoes must be shipped back in a box other then the shoe box itself and free of damage. All jewelry including earrings are FINAL SALE.

  • REFUNDS - If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account for refund posting and then contact your credit card company. We recommend contacting your bank to verify that there are no pending transactions awaiting deposit into your account. If you find that your refund issue is still unresolved, please contact us at info.thechaos@gmail.com. 

  • SALE ITEMS - All discounted sale items are final sale.

  • SHIPPING TIMES - Items usually ship within 5-6 business days of receiving the order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. For made to order items please allow up to 2-3 weeks for shipping from order date.
